SIX Worldline explanatory film

For the payment service provider SIX Worldline, we design and animate atmospheric explanatory films in a 2D look. The target group is mostly store operators who already use payment terminals from SIX Worldline and are now learning about the opportunities offered by the unexpectedly wide range of products. Our animations create a friendly and entertaining atmosphere that helps to hold attention.

Most of the time, we cannot help but devote our attention to flickering content, at least for a moment. Movement means change, and that is extremely interesting for our eyes and our brains.

Outsmarting information overflow

Animation is very important to us. Not only because it is enjoyable and brings our work to life, and not only because it cuts through all the messages bombarding us – making it the marketing tool of the moment. Above all, it is because animation is particularly adept at performing several different and essential functions of visual information transfer.

Moving content has particular potential when it comes to explaining things. This is hardly surprising, as video can use movement to make connections understandable and processes visible. How does this work with the SIX Worldline terminal? Video!

Perhaps the most important reason is the ‘emotion’ factor. Animation makes facts accessible and tangible in a way that hardly any other medium can achieve. That's why animation is not always a project in itself. Rather, we see the use of animation as an additional option for a wide variety of projects: as a valuable, emotion-creating add-on.
