Peter Hahn company presentation

Peter Hahn creates fantastic fashion that is ideal for designing impressive slides. But does this help to convey messages – or is the distraction too great? And how does depicting the world of fashion fit in with the fact-oriented content that often dominates presentations? We took the plunge and made sure that the refined brand character got the look you'd expect from an internationally successful fashion company.

First things first: visual content first, then the template

Peter Hahn in Winterbach chose the right order. Although PowerPoint templates were needed to bring the quality of the self-created slides up to brand standard, we were able to start with specific slide content. This makes templates more suitable for everyday use and means they do not get in the way of the company presentation, but rather result from it to a certain extent.

Content Consulting

The project was exemplary in terms of the full scope and process of a meaningful corporate slide redesign: a short briefing workshop with the management defined the core messages and desired content of the company presentation. A second meeting revealed the current status of the corporate design, which is constantly changing in a fashion company. We then based our implementation largely on existing elements in order to maintain consistency and achieve the same quality of design for presentations as for other materials. The story, the presentation of the statements and the wording were conceived and developed jointly.

Practical usability at the forefront

In order to achieve a higher standard in practice when creating slides within the company, templates were designed and supplemented with a style guide and important operating instructions. Even internally, you can only reach users if you can focus on the core. Libraries and instructions with more than 30 slides are usually out of the question.

The project concluded with three training sessions with selected heavy users at Peter Hahn, which were also exciting for us because we were able to experience the tough everyday challenges with PowerPoint unfiltered on the users' screens once again.
